Valencia Plaza de Toros Bull fighting ring
It is located next to the Northern Station Estacion del Norte. It is 18 metres high and has a diameter of 52 metres. Its stands have 24 metres tiers. The main bullfights take place during Fallas March and at the July Fair. It is modelled on the roman coliseum in Rome.
Even if you find the idea of bull fighting obnoxious it is still worth visiting the Valencia Plaza de Toros Bull fighting ring just to admire the building. You are transported back to ancient Rome. The real coliseum is just a rune. This building is intact and you can imagine roman gladiators entering the arena and how most coliseums around the Roman empire would have looked like.
